Honestly, I am unsure of where I would Be mentally or what my life would look like without the help and support from BHG. Not only have I developed healthy habits, removed negative ones, leveled up my goals, achieved ones I did not know I could reach, while deepening the relationships I have made with the staff, I have also gained much happiness in my achievements and accomplishments, which are all celebrated and recognized. My life wouldn't be the same without the amazing people that make a career out of guiding people down the road to recovery. Truly exceptional care given during the process of dealing with dependency. Can say with 100% certainty that their support during the struggle saved my life. Wouldn't be where I am with the woman I love without the work they've done.

Christina is a fantastic teacher I love her and what she is doing. I know if I didn't like the teacher of the class I probably wouldn't be apart of the group and I absolutely love the fact she is so passionate about what she is doing and isn't judgemental at all which is nice!!! I would highly recommend the IOP program!
