I've been a patient of BHG for about 3 1/2 yrs. Honestly, methadone clinic get a bad rap but if you will listen to the help they offer and work the program I promise you can have some freedom from addiction. I am able to be a wife to my husband, a good mother to my children who didn't have one for so long. I love my cousler Laura. I have called Laura before after hours even late at night and she has always been there for me. I have my take homes and they now offer month long take homes so just pass your drug screens and you will have them. I 100% recommend BGH! The front desk staff are so nice too fr.

By far the best decision ive made in my life. I gained control of my life back and the clinic was my only support system available and they truly do care. The staff goes above and beyond there job to ensure the patience needs are met. Friendly and umderstsnding. Very welcoming. Non judgemental. Best place ever. Counselor Kris has a very structured relationship with her pateints and its exactly what I needed. Shes very kind and understanding as long as you dont insult her intelligance by feeding her lies. Gotta be honest with you self, doctors and counselors. if you wanna make this work and her solid structure is key to self awareness and success. Love sara at the front!!! Kindest person that has ever greeted me in any facility. Just an over all great place. There is hope. I recommend bhg and I promise if ur really wanting sobriety this is the place to go. They dont gibe up on you evem when you do.

What is the first day of treatment like?

Do I need to come in every day for medication?

How is office-based opioid treatment different from an opioid treatment program (OTP)?

Open FAQ Close FAQ

Office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) uses buprenorphine/Suboxone® and follows a more traditional doctor’s appointment model. Unlike an OTP, OBOT does not require daily visits for medication dosing. Instead, patients meet regularly with a provider, receive prescriptions and continue treatment through scheduled follow-ups and counseling.
