I love the doctors and the main employees that have been there for a while. They all do their jobs and they do them well! It's always a non stressful experience with the exception of a couple of the newer employees who arent as pleasant s the others but they'll never last with the attitudes they carry. I've been with BHG on and off for ten years now even from back when they were named Stockton. This place is wonderful for treating and therapizing for OUD and I have not nor will i ever go to anyone else as long as the guinely kind staff and the extremely helpful doctors still exists there as well as the family kind of feel this NLR location has always seemed to maintain! Thank you guys for giving me chance after chance with no judgement and taking care of me and my needs as best you are able with whatever is in your power! I cannot show enough appreciation for you guys and of course for my specific doctor within this facility! *Edit to say Halley and Dr. Doncer have always gone above and beyond for me and I couldn't ever give them all the props they deserve; they are both amazing amd genuinely kind, caring people! The front desk girl really needs an attitude check. She's rude, unkind and seems very immature, judgemental and unprofessional. I dont think she understands how highly important it is to exude positivity in a place where the negative could easily cause someone to leave, not want to come back or or sqdly even relapse. She's not only that way at the desk, she extremely rude on the phone as well....

Revised, (due to last review really being about one person in particular). However, Halle, the doctors, & Christina are all amazing & would do anything for anyone. Ive been there over 10 years and have seen alot come and go. Unfortunately, its usually the good ones that leave first, so I hope you all stick around! - I promise I love you guys/girls! Lol ♥️ I do believe corporate makes a ton of unnecessary decisions but thats not to put them at blame for any of it.

How is office-based opioid treatment different from an opioid treatment program (OTP)?

Open FAQ Close FAQ

Office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) uses buprenorphine/Suboxone® and follows a more traditional doctor’s appointment model. Unlike an OTP, OBOT does not require daily visits for medication dosing. Instead, patients meet regularly with a provider, receive prescriptions and continue treatment through scheduled follow-ups and counseling.
