First off the front desk is always fast, Courteous, caring and compassionate even when us patients/dosers are not having the best day. Always smiles and good words. Kia is so friendly just as the rest of the staff. The only issue I have is getting there on time lol. I would recommend BHG to anyone wanting a change of pace and looking toward a new life. What is the first day of treatment like?

Your first day may take 2-3 hours and includes:

How is office-based opioid treatment different from an opioid treatment program (OTP)?

Open FAQ Close FAQ

Office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) uses buprenorphine/Suboxone® and follows a more traditional doctor’s appointment model. Unlike an OTP, OBOT does not require daily visits for medication dosing. Instead, patients meet regularly with a provider, receive prescriptions and continue treatment through scheduled follow-ups and counseling.
