I've been going to this clinic for almost 2 years and the constant improvements are astounding. I started with my counselor Kris and she was my angel. She saw me when I didn't even recognize myself in the mirror. She believed in me. Most importantly, she grew to trust me which is so important to me. As addicts, we don't have much, but many of us still maintain our integrity. Now we have Ms. Rita who is simply an amazing counselor! She always knows what to say, and she cares. You can tell she actually cares. She does her best to stay ahead of paperwork so we don't end up with surprise waits. She understands we all have a life outside of treatment! Now don't even get me started about the addition of Roger as a nurse! 🫶😭 This man cares, be cares for each and every one of us. He has tried tk streamline everything and we NEVER wait in a room full of people anymore. I was having a tough pickup day last week and just couldn't keep myself together and roger AND Rita both took time from their mornings to talk to me. I have heard horror stories about every clinic in the springs. These people are listening and learning to treat us like patients, like good people. Sara, Greg, and the director really are good people that want us to succeed. No clinic is perfect but this place has treated me kindly. I highly recommend them if you are looking for treatment services. No way I would have made it 1 1/2 years clean now. 🙏 They are a blessing and I'm grateful they are there to help us. I appreciate the good care i get there and I really appreciate the people that obviously care about us as patients..

These people are amazing in helping us. You'll have your reviews that claim otherwise but those are people who don't want to follow rules or are not serious about recovery and leading a normal life. Im in a much better place because of them. Rules change but they post them and tell you. The counselors and nurses have their own set of rules to follow and shooting the messenger isn't very kind. I've had 3 counselors but one received a promotion, one moved away, and my current Pam is amazing. I get sound and useful advice from them all. They help me fix issues. They are not just talk. If you want your life back and truly want help id go here. I drive an hour and 45 minutes just to get help from them specifically. I regret none of the gas mileage...

How is office-based opioid treatment different from an opioid treatment program (OTP)?

Open FAQ Close FAQ

Office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) uses buprenorphine/Suboxone® and follows a more traditional doctor’s appointment model. Unlike an OTP, OBOT does not require daily visits for medication dosing. Instead, patients meet regularly with a provider, receive prescriptions and continue treatment through scheduled follow-ups and counseling.
