Medications Medications

  • Methadone Treatment

Provided through our opioid treatment program (OTP), methadone is taken daily under medical supervision. It helps relieve withdrawal symptoms, reduces cravings and stabilizes patients.

  • Buprenorphine Treatment (Suboxone®)

Offered both in-clinic (OTP) and by prescription (OBOT), buprenorphine (including Suboxone®) provides flexibility for patients. It controls cravings and withdrawal symptoms while supporting long-term stability.

  • Extended-Release Buprenorphine (Sublocade® and Brixadi®)

For those who prefer a weekly or once-monthly option, the extended-release buprenorphine injection (like Sublocade® and Brixadi®) provides relief from withdrawal symptoms and cravings with just one dose.

  • Naltrexone Treatment (Vivitrol®)

Used as part of our outpatient recovery programs (OTP and OBOT), naltrexone (including Vivitrol®) is a medication that blocks the effects of opioids and reduces cravings.

Amazing place as far as people go. Would have gave them five Stars but their hours are ridiculous especially on Saturdays when when they close at 9:30 and they only have one lady working or they have urinalysis on Saturdays when they're only open for 4 hours a lot of times on Saturday the line is out the door and sometimes almost to the back of the parking lot which is a line of about 200 ft and you're standing out there in the elements for an hour sometimes, below zero it's not very pleasant. Other than that the staff get five stars nurses front office and counselors and the doc is great too.

I would have given BHG five stars if it weren’t for one ongoing issue. The counselors are kind, the nurses are phenomenal, and overall the care I’ve seen provided is genuinely compassionate and professional. That part deserves a lot of credit. However, the front door in the mornings can be very chaotic before opening hours even begin. I have personally witnessed employees having to squeeze through crowds and even step over people sitting and laying on the ground just to get inside the building. Another concern is the smoking right in front of the entrance. It’s unpleasant for anyone waiting and I couldn’t imagine being a pregnant person or someone with health issues having to stand in line and inhale second-hand smoke while awaiting treatment. Other than that minor hiccup, I think the staff is amazing! They’ve been consistently kind, patient, and professional. If you’re down on your luck, they’ll work with your finances and will even assist you with transportation resources. It’s just this one issue with the entrance area that needs improvement.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after experiencing the unmatched excellence at BHG, I felt spiritually compelled. The staff operates with a level of professionalism, competence, and unbothered efficiency that can only be described as elite. Every interaction feels intentional. Every process feels smooth. You can tell this team knows exactly what they’re doing. If you’re looking for a place where people show up, handle business, and somehow keep their sanity intact this is it. Would recommend. Would return. Would trust them with literally anything
