Medications Medications

  • Methadone Treatment

Provided through our opioid treatment program (OTP), methadone is taken daily under medical supervision. It helps relieve withdrawal symptoms, reduces cravings and stabilizes patients.

  • Buprenorphine Treatment (Suboxone®)

Offered both in-clinic (OTP) and by prescription (OBOT), buprenorphine (including Suboxone®) provides flexibility for patients. It controls cravings and withdrawal symptoms while supporting long-term stability.

  • Extended-Release Buprenorphine (Sublocade® and Brixadi®)

For those who prefer a once-monthly option, the extended-release buprenorphine injection (like Sublocade® and Brixadi®) provides relief from withdrawal symptoms and cravings with just one dose a month.

  • Naltrexone Treatment (Vivitrol®)

Used as part of our outpatient recovery programs (OTP and OBOT), naltrexone (including Vivitrol®) is a medication that blocks the effects of opioids and reduces cravings.

This place helped me! I’m grateful for them. However the other BHG’s around Colorado are not the same I quit working with BHG Colorado Springs after approximately 6-8 months they are the worst! Unless you looking to relapse (some people are) stay away from BHG Colorado Springs! Now I have to find another provider equal to BHG Westminster. Wish me luck!

They have helped my daughter with her addiction. They are helping her fill out the paperwork for health insurance and food stamps. As well as bus passes, help paying for an ID. An excellent facility for sure!!! :)

Great and lovely staff, not judgmental once O’ ever. Walked in, did my evaluation. Once in the system I can say that I ain’t disappointed at all. They’re really supportive, and they really work with you! to give you the help, and support that you need. Every so often you get to speak with a counselor. And their advice is spectacular. They really care about you, and value what you have to say. This place is awesome!!! And it’s guiding me onto the right path! Thank you guys so much!!!!! 🙏
