Care Plans May Include:
At BHG, our addiction care is rooted in science, delivered with compassion and designed around you. Here’s what makes us different:
Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) Treatment
FDA-approved medications such as methadone, buprenorphine (including Suboxone), or naltrexone to reduce cravings and withdrawal.
Counseling & Therapy
Individual and group sessions that help manage triggers, improve mental health and build skills for lasting recovery.
Support Services
Case management, peer support and community resources to strengthen stability beyond treatment.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
For those who need extra structure without stepping away from work, school or family life.
Retention in medication treatment alone is often only 30–50%.¹ Combining medication with counseling helps more patients stay engaged in recovery, which is why our model is built around whole-person care.
Who We Help
Whether you’re seeking help for yourself or supporting someone with substance use disorder, BHG is here.
Our treatment programs are tailored for people in many different situations, including:
- Veterans managing addiction alongside PTSD, anxiety or depression
- Adults living with opioid or other substance use disorders
- People returning home after a residential/ inpatient treatment episode
- First-time patients who don’t know where to start
- Busy parents, students and working professionals who need flexible options like outpatient or Intensive Outpatient Program
- Pregnant women seeking safe, evidence-based care
We also support:
- Families and loved ones who want to understand addiction and learn how to support recovery without enabling harmful behavior
- Community and care partners—healthcare providers, criminal justice systems, employers, payers, behavioral health providers and community partners who refer individuals to treatment and want to see them succeed
Benefits of Outpatient Addiction Treatment
BHG offers the nation’s largest network of Joint Commission–accredited outpatient opioid treatment centers. Our programs combine evidence-based medical treatment, counseling and support—so people don’t have to choose between treatment and their daily lives.
With outpatient care, patients can:
- Live at home while getting treatment
- Continue working or attending school
- Stay present for your family and children
- Stay connected to your community and support network
Need more structure without inpatient care? Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides additional counseling and support while continuing work, school and family life. Available at select locations.
Expanding Access to Evidence-Based Care
At BHG, expanding access means breaking down barriers that keep people from getting help. No matter your background, situation or history with recovery, they can expect:
- Respect and dignity at every step
- A personalized care plan built around your needs
- A team that believes in your ability to recover
Evidence-based care works best when it’s accessible. That’s why BHG is committed to making treatment available to more people in more places—so recovery isn’t just possible, it’s within reach.
