I would have to say if it wasn't for bhg I'd probably be dead right about now they have showed me how to deal with things how to stay away from drugs and me staying away from drugs it brought me closer to my family my kids and my grandbabies and I really thought that drugs was the only way to deal with life a little bit until my brother told me about it and once I got into it bhg clinic I see things a whole lot clearer now and I feel good about myself now more than I have ever felt in the doctors there did there if you need them the counselors are there if you need them and if I had to say anybody I can do this but it takes strong willpower to stick with it 🙏🙏♥️💯 And have a blessed day

I’ve had a really positive experience at this clinic, and I want to recognize a few staff members who have made a big difference for me. Michelle at the front desk is always welcoming and keeps things running smoothly. She treats people with respect and makes check-ins easy, which sets the tone for the whole visit. Aubrey, the employment specialist, has been incredibly helpful and supportive while I’ve been working on getting back on my feet. She genuinely cares and takes the time to guide you in the right direction. Holly, my counselor, has been a huge part of my progress. She listens without judgment, gives honest feedback, and helps me stay focused on moving forward. Jennifer, the RN and main prescriber, is professional, knowledgeable, and makes sure I feel comfortable and informed about my treatment. I really trust her care. Ethan has been a big help with housing resources, which has taken a lot of stress off my shoulders. He’s patient and works hard to find real solutions. There is also one nurse who was not here today and I unfortunately forgot her name (of course) I know her as the DR.Pepper addict lol. She’s wonderful, always in a great mood, and such a huge part of what makes BHG such a welcoming place. Overall, the team here is kind, respectful, and truly dedicated to helping people improve their lives. I’m grateful for all of them. Thank you!

How is office-based opioid treatment different from an opioid treatment program (OTP)?

Open FAQ Close FAQ

Office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) uses buprenorphine/Suboxone® and follows a more traditional doctor’s appointment model. Unlike an OTP, OBOT does not require daily visits for medication dosing. Instead, patients meet regularly with a provider, receive prescriptions and continue treatment through scheduled follow-ups and counseling.
